A bad garage floor is more than just an eyesore. When concrete starts cracking, lifting, or creating uneven sections, it becomes a real safety issue - and patching it only buys you so much time. At some point, the right move is to pull it out and start fresh.

That's exactly what we did here. The old slab was broken up and hauled out completely. Then we got into the base work - leveling everything out so the new pour would have a solid, even foundation to sit on. That part doesn't get a lot of attention, but it's what separates a floor that lasts from one that starts failing in a few years.

Once the base was ready, we poured a new broom-finish concrete floor across the full garage. The broom finish gives the surface just enough texture to be safe underfoot without looking rough or unfinished. Clean control joints were cut in to let the slab move without cracking, which is standard practice on any well-done pour.

The result is a floor that's flat, functional, and built to hold up. No patches, no shortcuts - just a complete concrete removal and replacement done the right way from the ground up.

If your garage floor has been driving you nuts and you've been putting off dealing with it, this kind of work is a lot more straightforward than most people expect. We handle the full scope - demo, base prep, pour, and finish.
